Cadence Terms of Use

These terms explain the use of Cadence: Contraction Timer for iPhone and its optional Pro purchase.
App license
The license for Cadence is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Cadence uses that standard agreement rather than a custom EULA. This page explains Cadence's features, purchases and support and does not replace the standard license. Your use of the App Store is also subject to the applicable Apple terms.
A tool for your own records
Cadence lets you time contractions, count kicks and review the records you enter. A timing-rule match reflects the pattern and rule selected in the app. Cadence does not diagnose labor, assess your baby's health, or tell you when to seek hospital care. It does not replace your care team's advice or monitor emergencies. Contact your care team if you have concerns, and use local emergency services for an emergency.
Free features and Cadence Pro
The contraction timer and kick counter are free to use. Cadence Pro unlocks PDF and CSV report export through a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The current price in your App Store region is shown before you confirm payment.
Apple processes the payment. You can use Restore Purchases on the Pro screen with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Family Sharing is available for eligible purchases under Apple's rules. Purchase checks may require an internet connection. Cadence does not receive your payment-card details.
For a refund request, use Apple's Report a Problem service. Apple determines refund eligibility under its policies and applicable law. Read Apple's refund instructions. Nothing on this page limits consumer rights that apply to you.
Records and sharing
Your contraction and kick records are stored on your iPhone. Cadence does not provide an account-based cloud backup of those records. Deleting records or removing the app can remove local information. Review a report before sharing it and choose the recipient yourself; exported reports can contain sensitive information. Cadence does not send a report to a doctor or another person automatically.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains local records, optional usage and crash reporting, Apple Ads attribution, purchase verification and support information. Optional reporting can be changed in Settings > Privacy. The privacy page also explains your choices and how to contact us about your data.
Beta versions and updates
TestFlight versions are provided for testing and may contain unfinished features or errors. Apple's TestFlight terms also apply. Updates may change how the app works; the features available in your installed version and the purchase screen describe the current offering.
Support and changes
For help, visit Cadence Support or email mustafaonurilgaz@gmail.com. We will update this page and its effective date when the information changes. For the app license itself, refer to Apple's Standard EULA linked above.
