Cadence Support

For help with Cadence, email mustafaonurilgaz@gmail.com. Cadence is made by Mustafa Onur ILGAZ, an individual developer. Beta testers can also send feedback through TestFlight.

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Cadence version/build, what you were doing, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots are optional; remove notes and personal health details before sharing them. We do not need your contraction history to start investigating a problem.

Timing and saved sessions

Duration runs from Start to Stop. The interval runs from one contraction's start to the next contraction's start. Ending a session keeps it in History. If a timer or saved record looks wrong, describe the steps and the displayed result. Do not delete or reinstall the app as a first troubleshooting step, because that can put locally stored records at risk.

Widgets and Live Activities

Tell us which surface was affected: the app, a Home Screen widget, the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island. Include whether the app was closed and whether the phone had just restarted. The Keep screen awake setting and Live Activities are separate; Live Activities have an eight-hour limit.

Cadence Pro

Pro is a one-time purchase through Apple and supports Restore Purchases and Family Sharing. Purchases are confirmed through RevenueCat with an anonymous identifier, and the app falls back to a local StoreKit check if RevenueCat cannot be reached. In TestFlight builds, purchases use Apple's sandbox. The core timer works without a purchase or network connection. If you cannot load a price or restore a purchase, include the displayed message without sharing Apple Account credentials.

Privacy

Your records stay on your iPhone. Optional usage and crash reports are sent to Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics only when that choice is on; you can change it in Settings > Privacy. Read the Privacy Policy for details, including Apple's separate TestFlight collection.
