Cadence Android Support

Cadence is made by Mustafa Onur ILGAZ. For help with the Android app, email mustafaonurilgaz@gmail.com.

Include your phone model, Android version, Cadence version/build, what you did and what you expected. Screenshots are optional; remove private notes and health information first. We do not need your contraction history to start investigating.

Closed test 1.0.0

The contraction timer, kick counter, saved history, timing rules, themes and optional care-team call shortcut are available without a Cadence account. Build 1.0.0 (2) adds Google Play purchasing and restoration for Pro PDF/CSV export. The earlier build 1.0.0 (1) does not support purchases. General usage and crash analytics remain disabled; the reporting switch saves a local preference only.

Pro purchases and restoration

Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price comes from Google Play and is shown before you purchase. To restore, use the same Google Play account that bought Pro and select Restore purchase on the Pro screen. An internet connection is needed for purchase verification and restoration. A cancelled or pending payment does not unlock Pro; a completed, verified purchase does. The free contraction and kick counters remain available if the store cannot be reached.

If your purchase is missing, include the app version and Google Play order reference in your support email. Never send a card number, password or health records. To request deletion of purchase-service information, email the same address with the subject “Cadence Android purchase data deletion”.

Timing and local records

Duration is measured from the start to the end of one contraction. Interval is measured from one contraction's start to the next start; recorded breaks are excluded. Ending a session keeps it in History. Do not uninstall the app or clear its storage as a first troubleshooting step: records are stored on your device and can be lost.

Widgets and notifications

Tell us whether the problem affected the app, a Home Screen widget or the optional timer notification, and whether the phone had restarted. Android and manufacturer battery settings may affect background behavior. The call shortcut opens the system dialer; you still choose whether to call.

Your health records and saved contact stay on your device. Read the Android Privacy Policy for details about local storage, support emails and Google Play's separate services.
